Team Review by Lindsey Veum, Director of Operations

It is common to ask clients for reviews, but we thought we should ask our team members too! What does the Ryan Hanson Homes Team of Keller Williams mean to YOU? Here is our uber amazing Director of Operations, Lindsey Veum’s response! ❤️
“The opportunity to join Ryan Hanson Homes came to me at just the right time! An unexpected job change that resulted in anxiety quickly turned to excitement when I realized I had the opportunity to join a growing business and help create the infrastructure for a real estate team. The challenge of growing a team is its own reward. All I have learned, and continue to learn, from helping turn a vision into a reality has benefited me far beyond the workplace. I have really enjoyed creating and refining the administrative systems and processes that allow us to support our agents and serve our clients. I enjoy getting to put my knowledge and experience to work when collaborating with the admin team to develop solutions and improvements to further streamline our systems. Working alongside an incredible group of people makes going to work fun. Each team member brings a unique personality and skill set but everyone brings a common desire to help others. Interacting with each of my teammates on a daily basis is a privilege and also an opportunity for me to self-assess and learn from the qualities they bring to the table that I lack or could improve on. I have continually been pushed to think outside the box and look inward at what I truly want my life to be and that has been both uncomfortable and rewarding. Being part of a team and larger organization in Keller Williams that prioritizes life the same way I do reduces that friction that can arise when your personal and work priorities are not in alignment. I am proud to be part of an organization like Keller Williams that when faced with the crisis of Hurricane Harvey chose to pivot and turn their Mega Camp Event in Austin, TX into Mega Relief inviting agents from across the country to come to Austin as planned, but rather than receiving training and rallying together around Keller Williams, the company rallied around and served the people affected by the devastation of Hurricane Harvey. A company that chooses to put people above prosperity is inspiring and the kind of leadership I want to learn from! – Lindsey #ryanhansonhomes
