Lindsey brings her love for providing behind-the-scenes support and a process-oriented approach to our success team in her role as Director of Administration and Assistant to the CEO. As the first full time hire of Ryan Hanson Homes, Lindsey has had the privilege of helping create the infrastructure that has allowed the team to grow and better serve our clients. She continues to work to refine our processes and procedures to support and equip agents and staff to deliver a superior client service experience.
Born and raised in Fergus Falls, Lindsey graduated from M State – Fergus Falls with an AA Degree and went on to receive a BA in Business Administration from the University of Northwestern St. Paul. After 10 years in the Twin Cities she and her husband moved back to Fergus to be near their families. Lindsey’s experience in obtaining her Life & Health Insurance License and Series 6 & 63 Securities Licenses when she worked in the financial services industry prepared her for the challenge of getting her Realtor’s License and her experience as a paralegal gave her a basic knowledge of real estate transactions that set the ground work for her new career. A homebody by nature, Lindsey loves knowing that the work the team does helps others find their place of retreat.
When she isn’t in the office, you will likely find her in her kitchen indulging her passion for cooking. She also loves traveling with her husband Kris, boating, cheering on the Twins & Vikings and spending time at home on the patio when the weather permits.
