Maria Hanson is the Operator and Owner of the Ryan Hanson Homes Team at PLACE, embodying a profound commitment to empowering communities, clients and team members alike. With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Maria's journey is rooted in a passion for serving others. Armed with bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Philosophy/Religion, as well as a Master's degree in Educational Research, she brings a unique blend of expertise to her role.
Maria's professional journey has been enriched by over ten years of experience in high school, university, and regional co-op teaching and leadership roles, utilizing her statistics background for assisting marketing firms as well as energy trading companies, and over 20 years in helping the Ryan Hanson Homes Team provide value to thousands of clients with their real estate wealth journey. Leveraging this diverse background, she partners closely with both agents and operations members of the team, ensuring they are equipped, educated, and empowered to thrive in their personal and professional endeavors.
As a driving force behind the scenes, Maria's mission is unwavering: to continuously grow, give abundantly, teach wholeheartedly, and love others completely. Her leadership style is characterized by a blend of mentorship, encouragement, and unwavering support, creating an environment where excellence flourishes.
Beyond the realm of real estate, Maria is the wife of Ryan, Co-Owner and Operator of the Ryan Hanson Homes Team, and mother to three incredible young men. Whether cheering at sporting events, passionately serving on Young Life Committee, or working out with friends, Maria cherishes the bonds of family, friends and community.
